ACC Entry – Army Cadet College🎖️
The ACC (Army Cadet College) Entry is a sevice entry scheme offers a great opportunity for soldiers in the Indian Army to become commissioned officers.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 to 27 years of age at the time of application.
Service Eligibility: Candidates must have served in the Army for a minimum of 2 years (the exact number may vary based on the notification).
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a 12th-grade (Senior Secondary) education or equivalent. Some variations may apply depending on the specific branch or position.
Physical Fitness: Candidates must meet the medical and physical fitness standards as laid out by the Indian Army.
Selection Process
Candidates are required to appear for the ACC written exam.
Candidates who pass the written exam will be called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview.
The SSB interview is a five-day evaluation process. It assesses a candidate’s personality, intelligence, and psychological suitability, which includes various tests such as WAT, TAT, SRT, PPDT, GTO tasks, group discussions, personal interviews, and psychological evaluations.
Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB undergo a medical examination.
Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit will be issued a joining letter for training in the order of merit, depending on the number of vacancies available.
