The PC(SL) Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission (Special List) Entry Scheme) is a recruitment process for Indian Army officers who are selected through the Short Service Commission (SSC) and are granted PC (SL) after the successful completion of twelve weeks of training at the Indian Military Academy
Eligibility Criteria
Selection Process
Officers who meet the eligibility criteria and have completed the required years of service are invited to apply for the PC(SL) entry.
The SSB interview is a five-day evaluation process. It assesses a candidate’s personality, intelligence, and psychological suitability, which includes various tests such as WAT, TAT, SRT, PPDT, GTO tasks, group discussions, personal interviews, and psychological evaluations.
Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB undergo a medical examination.
Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit will be issued a joining letter for training in the order of merit, depending on the number of vacancies available.
Training
Training Academy: The training is conducted at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun.
Duration: Twelve weeks of training.
08 weeks of Communication Skills Capsule.
04 weeks of Physical Training.
